Program:
The Middle East Microform Project (MEMP) invites institutions outside of North America to participate in its collaborative preservation and access program. It has established a new annual membership fee for international members ($500) to encourage libraries in the Middle East, Europe, and other regions to join MEMP and contribute project ideas and materials. International members are allowed to borrow MEMP materials (but are responsible for the shipping costs of the material).
The geographic scope of MEMP collection coverage includes Arab countries, Israel, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Central Asia, and related areas not covered by other cooperative microform projects. For more information, visit: www.crl.edu/area-studies/memp.
