Building resources for international studies is growing in importance to Center members as universities globalize their curricula and programs. Few libraries are able to develop the collections necessary to support scholarship on all regions of the world. Most rely on the Center’s deep holdings of foreign newspapers, archives, government documents, dissertations, and journals. Last year we began a series of special reports on Center resources from various parts of the world, publishing and distributing issues of this newsletter dedicated to individual regions.
