The Collections and Services Advisory Panel (CSAP) is the Center's chief advisory body on matters involving development and service of Center collections. CSAP's role is to review, examine, and evaluate the issues related to the Center's collections and services policies, including bibliographic access, document delivery, and preservation. CSAP also makes recommendations to the Board on the drafting of specific collection development policies and service policies. CSAP also reviews and recommends the annual Center budget for library materials, including replacement.
