Voting has been extended until Tuesday, November 27, for the CRL FY2013 Purchase Proposal Program. Through this program, representatives from CRL libraries nominate and prioritize microform and reprint collections for CRL to acquire. The collections are then added to CRL holdings and are available for interlibrary loan to all CRL libraries. This year CRL has allocated $130,000 for purchase of materials under this program. (Note: The amount is slightly lower this year because part of this fund has been allocated for the continuing purchase of the Archivo General de Centro America, 1544-1821 [Central American Archives].)

• British Intelligence on the North-West Frontier 1901-1949: India Office Political and Secret Reports on Tribes and Terrorism
• Papers of Emma Hart Willard, 1787-1870
• a group of German Nazi Newspapers, including Volkischer Beobachter (Berlin
• Knickerbocker Press Newspaper (right)
• and more.

The ballot coordinator at each CRL library has been sent an e-mail message, containing both the URL for the online ballot and a unique, institution-specific username and password. If your institution has not received that message by Thursday, November 8, please let us know as soon as possible thereafter.

Please vote by Tuesday, November 20, to enable CRL to take full advantage of this year’s pricing and to provide advance information on CRL acquisitions for your own institutional planning.
