GNARP's Librarian Exchanges Working Group has made available a group of reports of librarian exchanges between North America and German-speaking countries. The reports come from librarians in training who complete practica, professional librarians on a study tour, and professional visits lasting several weeks, as well as professionals working in a different country for a year or more. The reports are available on the WESSWeb’s GNARP Librarian Exchange Working Group page.
The goal of the German-North American Resources Partnership (GNARP), a Global Resources Network project, is to improve the effective acquisition, sharing, and use of German-language materials among North American libraries and to foster closer collaboration with German research libraries.
The Librarian Exchange Working Group aims to promote and intensify the professional exchange between librarians from Germany and North America.
