An article by Kate Doyle in the December 2007 issue of Harper’s magazine, “The Atrocity Files: Deciphering the Archives of Guatemala’s Dirty War,” elaborates on her conference presentation on the international effort to protect and preserve recently uncovered archives of the Guatemalan National Police.
