Program:
The Africa Studies Center (The Netherlands) is the newest international member of the Cooperative Africana Microform Project (CAMP). Founded in 1963, CAMP is a joint effort by the Center for Research Libraries (CRL) and research libraries throughout the world to promote the preservation of publications and archives concerning the nearly fifty nations of Sub-Saharan Africa. International membership allows institutions abroad to access CAMP’s microfilm collections (provided they support the costs of shipping).
CRL’s cooperative programs enhance the abilities of CRL libraries to identify, access, and preserve valuable source materials for scholarly research.
