The Southeast Asia Microform Project (SEAM) announces the availability of a complete run of the Philippine Star for the period July 28, 1986–Dec 31, 2007. This national daily was founded in 1986 in the wake of the EDSA revolution, and is now one of the highest circulating titles in the Philippines.
