Budget & Finance Committee

The Center for Research Libraries Budget & Finance Committee supports the CRL Member Community by reviewing the annual operating plan, including a budgetary total and membership fees, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors to ensure continued financial and operational activities of CRL and therefore the survival and availability of primary source materials vital to academic research and learning.

CSPC International Collections and Content Group

The International Collections and Content Group is a standing Working Group in the CRL governance structure, constituted by and reporting to the Collections and Services Policy Committee (CSPC). The Working Group is charged with advising, guiding and implementing CPSC strategies related to CRL’s international collections, services, programs and partnerships. The Working Group plays a substantive role in shaping, implementing, and maintaining CRL’s approaches to international collection management issues and technical services workflows across the research collection lifecycle.

NERL Program Council

The NERL Program Council (PC) is a representative forum foundational to the work of NERL, with PC members advising on and directly serving on negotiation teams. Working collaboratively, PC works with the NERL Steering Committee and staff to sustain NERL’s core shared purchasing decisions to develop new and innovative priorities to further support and advance NERL’s pursuit of transforming the scholarly landscape.
